Victory Packaging, developed for Seefried Industrial Properties, was completed by Campanelli Construction in the Fall of 2015.
The 250,000 SF warehouse and distribution facility was built via multi-phase “tilt-panel” construction, in which sandwich panels were created in pre-cast molds, and then hoisted into place by a 303-ton crawler crane.
- Each panel measures 14 inches thick, which includes 3 inches of architectural face, 2 inches of rigid insulation, and 9 inches of structural concrete
- A single panel measures 24 feet wide and 42 feet tall, weighing 200,000 pounds each
- The crane that was used to lift panels and move into place was the largest crane in New England
