The greatest challenge of this 780,000 SF three-tower TJX Headquarters was the fact that the construction took place on-site…an active office and distribution center located off the Mass Pike.
The logistics of moving TJX employees safely day-in and day-out from one side of the property to another, in order for them to be able to perform their jobs was a major undertaking. In addition, Campanelli Construction personnel needed to safely and effectively be able to operate on a daily basis amid the hustle and bustle of an existing corporate headquarters
After a great deal of consultation with key decision-makers at TJX,
Campanelli was able to determine the successful combination of logistics,
scheduling and construction services in order to pull together this
major office design & build effort.
Campanelli listens to its clients and plans accordingly. In doing
so, we were quite successful in establishing temporary work areas
for TJX employees and safely executing on time and on budget, a very
complicated project.
