Campanelli Companies is pleased to announce a new design/ build/lease for a 31,000 SF distribution facility in Chicopee, MA. The 4.33 acre site is located on Lonczak Drive in the Westover Airpark. The building will feature 2,990 SF of office and support area and 27,980 SF of distribution space. Expected completion is Winter of 2010.
