Campanelli has been named as the Construction Management Team on the 78,300 SF Two Pond Park Medical Center in Hingham, Massachusetts. Campanelli also handled lease negotiations for the owner, A.W. Perry, Inc., prior to the groundbreaking. South Shore Hospital and South Shore Orthopedics, LLC will be leasing 52,000 square feet on floors one and two. Peter Brown, Leasing Director for Campanelli, represented both Tenant and Landlord in the transaction. The building will house South Shore Hospital’s Outpatient Center for Orthopedic Care and Pain Management.
The new facility will include a diagnostic imaging center, a phlebotomy laboratory, ambulatory surgical center, and South Shore Hospital’s pain management program. Expected completion is summer of 2011. Location:
