Professional Experience:
Hired in 2002 as Director of Human Resources, Darlene has been a part of the Campanelli team for over nine years. As Director of Human Resources, she oversees all human resources, benefits, and internal office activity for Campanelli employees. Prior to joining Campanelli, Darlene worked as the Internal Operations Manager for Peter Elliot LLC, and as the Director of Human Resources for The Flatley Company.

With over 18 years of Human Resources Management experience in the Commercial and Industrial real estate sector, Darlene brings proven expertise in recruiting, benefits, and employee relations to Campanelli.

Professional & Community Affiliations:
Darlene is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management, Northeast Human Resources Association, and the Human Resources Group with the South Shore Chamber of Commerce. She is also involved with her community Hockomock League Pop Warner.

Fun Facts and Hobbies:
Darlene enjoys spending time with her children and is an avid Red Sox, Patriots and Bruins fan. She also enjoys reading, traveling, exercise, and seeing live music.
