Campanelli Construction, a construction management company and a division of Campanelli, today announced Jeffrey DeMarco as Vice Chairman of the Associated General Contractors (AGC)’s Massachusetts chapter. He previously held the role of Treasurer. Throughout his leadership roles at the AGC, DeMarco has participated in the formation of the Sustainability Award for Green Construction which awards facilities that meet sustainable construction standards without having to acquire formal LEED certification. He continues to play a role in changes to legislation that impact the way that projects in Massachusetts are built.
Joining DeMarco as Officers on the Board of Directors; Chair, Robert France, President of Senate Construction, Treasurer, Joseph Albanese, Founder & CEO of Commodore Builders, Inc., and Secretary, Dom Tiberi, Senior Project Manager of Compass Project Management.

DeMarco is Partner and President of Campanelli Construction, a full-service commercial construction management firm located in Braintree, Massachusetts. Since joining the firm 29 years ago, he has supervised the construction of over 15 million square feet of industrial and commercial buildings, including cold storage, medical, warehouse, office and distribution facilities. DeMarco is also a member of NAIOP, on the Norwell Economic Development Committee and serves on the Board of Trustees for South Shore Hospital in Weymouth, MA.
Campanelli Construction will be leading the construction management of South Shore Medical Center’s new 80,000 square foot medical building located in Norwell, MA, which broke ground in May. Additionally, Campanelli Construction began construction of a 136,000 square foot retail, warehouse and office facility for Cape Cod Lumber located in Abington, MA this past month.
