Professional Experience:
Steve joined Campanelli in 2000 and is a top executive in the real estate industry. During his career, he has completed over $1 billion in real estate investments.  Steve is a Principal and the head of Campanelli’s acquisitions and investments with a particular focus on value added opportunities.

Professional Affiliations: 
Steve has served as both President and Chairman of the Massachusetts Chapter of NAIOP and currently serves on its board. He is involved with MIT’s Alumni Fundraising Committee for its Center for Real Estate. Previously, he was a Big Brother with Big Brothers of Massachusetts.

Most recently, Steve has joined the Board of Directors for Crossroads for Kids. The organization combines school-year programs and immersive summer camp experiences to provide at-risk youth with a supportive community and access to experiences and resources that help them graduate from high school, seek higher education and become members of the next generation of diverse young leaders.

Fun Facts & Hobbies:
Steve is an M3 BMW racing enthusiast, loves playing guitar, listening to classic rock, and spending time with his wife and three children in their hometown of Sudbury, MA.
